Very easy to join with clearly laid out level of cover and no confusing options. And of course at an excellent price.

Really friendly/helpful agent. Joining process quick and simple. No age limit on vehicle!!! G8 cover for the money, now feel don't have to worry in the event of a breakdown.

Very helpful and clear cut . The only thing I wasnt pleased about was the fact that I had to wait for 24 hours before it became active . Mine had expired on the day I phoned ( my mistake) but as I needed cover from that day it wasnt forth coming which was disappointing as we had been members for years previously. The only reason I hadnt renewed in Jan 2017 was that I was given a free years cover from VAG when I bought a different Golf. Yours faithfully G. Chambers

I've used GEM in the past and always been very pleased with the quick response. Now that my courtesy AA cover had finished with Ford I didn't have to think twice about coming back to GEM.

I have only used the breakdown service once and the repair garage managed to find me in the wilds of Cumbria. The downside is the price of renewal compared to a new policy, it costs considerably more if you are renewing, I find that annoying.

we've been with you over 10 years but this year you did not send us a reminder to renew hence our membership lapsed, and of course we only found out when we tried to get help from you when my wife was stuck miles from home. We were told could not renew and a new membership would take a day or two before we could use the cover. We have renewed now but will seriously have a shop around when this runs out due to the poor contact from you

We were sorry to read that your policy had lapsed when you called for assistance. We can confirm that an invitation to renew was sent on 3rd April for renewal on 4th May as usual. We are sorry it did not reach you.

The front of house service was very good,with very pleasant staff member, as yet i have not experienced the breakdown service it is impossible to comment, hopefully in the event will be as good as the front of house service.
