“have only just joined so not had to use service as yet .Found the website easy to use . When telephoned as had some queries lady on the phone very polite gave me very clear answers to queries. Then went through everything with me to make sure I knew what I was purchasing”

“very easy to join,i liked the fact that everything was covered instead of lots of boxes that you add on and watch the price rise.we also liked the peace of mind that the caravan was included in the cover hope we don't need to use it but good to have”
