“My first time with GEM having been with green flag for over 30 years, I have called out Green Flag three times in that period, two of those times Green Flag were a waste of time ( I fixed problem myself due to long wait) and only got decent service one time, and yet Green flag keep putting up my yearly subscription, so time to change, the GEM web site was very clear and easy to use terms and conditions were better and price was cheaper.”

“When looking for a breakdown service we were so impressed with the level of cover for the price. Giving people the options of level is an excellent idea. The membership process so quick and easy and the information on the website is extremely useful. We are really glad we have found this GEM!”

“The rescue of my car was effortless. It was a tricky journey with a relay of two vehicles which took time. However despite this both drivers were excellent company on the journey and knew what they were doing. Fully recommended service.”

“Having heard excellent comments about their service and promptness, I decided to join GEM.'s Breakdown Cover. I found this to be an easy process online, also calling them for was glad that my call was answered promptly and with courtesy.
