Good level of cover at a competitive price. Application process does not cater for people whose title is not included in the limited list provided.

Called to arrange cover - was clearly explained to me and easy to set up - paperwork by post was with me in less than a week. Represents good value as my GEM membership is included in the cost.

I searched on Moneysupermarket.com and clicked i wanted to insure 2 drivers for breakdown cover. vut when i went through to pay it was only covering one driver.

Needed help as my car had broken down at home and needed to be towed to the garage, quick hassle free telephone conversation and it was all put in place and done within a couple of hours, brilliant service.

I broke down on the motorway 2 days after getting cover, I had someone there within 25 minutes, I was towed to my destination which was a good distance away

certainly the registration process is wonderfully simple. With just 2 simple options and only a couple of steps to join this was a pleasant change from sites where they try and up sell additional products to you. I have been a member for a couple of years now but haven't had any breakdowns so haven't got anything to say about their competence in a breakdown.

No long drawn out questions/details to go though, just straight forward, quick and easy joining and what seems an unexpected low price for a good two person policy. For once, just how it should be instead of the usual long winded off putting application processes (ie insurance companies) that drive you nuts. Thanks Gem.

Unlike the other motoring organisations I have been a member of Gem do not hike the price up once you have joined . Also they don't harass you with other products to add to you policy just inform you then leave you alone .
