“I've just signed up with GEM after several years with other companies and I wish I had done it sooner! The process is amazingly easy and very slick. I hope I never need breakdown assistance but if I do and it's as easy as the signing up then I will be very happy.”

“I have just taken out breakdown cover. The price and range of cover seems good. I did have one issue. When setting up online on the 31st of August, it would only allow the policy to start on the 2nd of September. This meant I had one day without cover. Maybe it's to stop people covering when they've already broken down. Anyway, all set up now.”

“After doing some considerable research re: Breakdown Cover, I found what I need in your company . . I'm pleased, to be able to take advantage of your special offer : 12months for the price of ten!! . . I had not known of your existence until recently . . In the past, I have used the AA or the RAC for all matters car-related . . Your philosophy seems to be very clear & decent :) . . “I love GEM because when I breakdown I get so nerves and I suffer anxiety attack when i call Gem they talk with me all the prosses and they ask me i am alone or with children and they keep talking with me until the truckdriver come they handle it so nicely I was with GEM About 5years now this year will be 6years and they take me my destination of my choice garage and i am so relax with them they do very good job thank you GEM”
