“I have been a GEM member for a number of years, but when the time came to renew for this year I noticed that they had changed the Ts & Cs in the meantime. I was sceptical at first, was I still getting the same good deal as before, or was I being short-changed on the cover? Luckily one of their customer service colleagues (with the patience of a saint) took the time to answer all my queries and concerns. I have found the GEM Recovery Extra to be the best available, as it covers me not only my journeys by car, but also when I am riding my motorbike. And the best deal yet I found for accident recovery. Renewing my cover online was very easy.”

“Have just joined G.E.M. through recommendation of a trusted friend. The lady I initially spoke with when making an inquiry and subsequently joined up with on the second call, was Lisa. She was very helpful, walked me through the procedure and explained the policy with great clarity and courtesy, something that is always helpful and appreciated when purchasing any service.”

“Can't offer any stars yet for service as I have only just joined, (28/07/20) The process for joining was very quick and easy, so 5 stars for that. Left the AA after 45 years, due to ever increasing membership fees, hopefully GEM will be as good on the few occasions, hopefully, we need them!!”

“A very good company to join and be with was so easy and simple to join up as well, and very good value for money as well, i found GEM on a goggle search so when my existing expensive renewal breakdown with the AA came to an end i knew where to go in advance for a far better service all round, Thank You.”

“Been in the AA for years and years with no problems ever for them to deal with. Decided to swap to Gem last year for a lot less money. Unblievably, we needed four call-outs last year, everything from a flat tyre, an exhaust falling off on the M25 to needing to be taken home after driving too deep in the sea. All the men were swift, friendly and helpful. Well pleased!”
