“It is always difficult navigating the different options available in breakdown cover. I found the GEM site the easiest/most simple to understand having trawled through many of the others. Furthermore it appears to be great value. I pray that I dont ever have to use it! Thankyou.”

“Took my money but no membership. Told a refund had been given and had to reapply via telephone and pay again. Still waiting for the money to appear in my account. Hope things will get better.”

“Only just joined so no real idea how good their roadside assistance/recovery is, but the joining process was painless and cheaper than competitors. Hopefully won't need them anyway!”

“It was so easy to navigate the website and find what I wanted. The price can't beaten, especially when you add another member. Membership of GEM was another bonus. I highly recommend them for breakdown cover. I've also asked for an insurance quote for my car!”

“Call wait time was considerably shorter compared to other providers I called today. Agent was friendly, polite and answered my questions concisely and in detail. Having compared the other top five breakdown companies, this company offered the best National recovery service options and price compared to the others when evaluating exactly what is offered for National recovery. I am unable to comment upon the breakdown service as have not yet required to use it. Great Value.”
