“Found this service very efficient. Had a flat battery so rescue came out twice within one hour of each other. After the first visit battery was still flat after switching ignition off so second visit it was shown we needed a new battery. We bought new battery and everything was sorted after that.”

“I'm unable to give you a rating as up to now I have not had the misfortune to require yourselves and your services. Rest assured that if AND A BIG IF I need you, them I will certainly call you. I have recommended you to quite a few of my friends but I haven't herd if they have taken up the offer as of todays date.”

“Excellent service when I broke down, an engineer came out within half an hour and then took me and my car to the nearest garage and my car was fixed within the hour. Polite and friendly service and very helpful during my ordeal. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.”

“I mis fueled my car and the operator soon found the nearest company who was with me in 40 minutes .The operator was asking on if we were safe and the number in car . I even had a return phone call confirming that help was at the time stated . I have been with gem recovery since the early eighty's and only used the service 5 times but always had good service”

“we broke down and called gem who sent Highfield along to help. Highfield are excellent, they have come to our assistance before some time ago and were just as efficient then, I have nothing but the highest praise for them. Gem are a very good company to have breakdown cover with and I always recomment them to friends etc.”

“Have never thought about breakdown cover before because my husband was a mechanic. However, he has recently passed away and my family were anxious I should have breakdown cover, Checking online GEM had the best reviews and when I contacted them they were helpful and understanding and spoke to me in understandable language. What a treat!”

“in the past all the insurers i was with, did not give an easy way of contact, we kept a piece of paper in the car with Telephone numbers and it some times got lost. I really think the cards with all the necessary details are absolutely BRILLIANT”

“A potential problem at Gatwick was handled very well, although I did have to request the help of a senior supervisor, who was excellent. Luckily for me the potential problem did not materialise.”
