“It was simple to join GEM online, so I've given them 4*. I don't look forward to breaking down, but if I do I'm expecting excellent service from GEM, based on their award winning track record. I will then look forward to giving them 5* for their service!”

“BEEN A MEMBER FOR A YEAR SUDDEN INCREASE IN PRICE, WENT ONLINE TO FIND ANOTHER SERVICE GEM WAS OFFERING THE SAME SERVICE FOR £50 CHEAPER SO RESIGNED UP TO THEM”

One of our customer service team will be touch with you because it appears you have re-joined us but taken out our pay & claim product which is not the same service as you currently have. This would give some explanation to the price difference you quote. The GEM Team.

“Just joined so this is my initial views. Better value for more comprehensive coverage then my previous provider. Website very good, easy to use, information is clear and quick to join. I used the on-line assistant chat service as I had a few questions and found this to be very helpful and efficient”

“As an existing customer, who hasn't actually used the service yet, I was expecting a renewal at the cheapest possible price. In fact the renewal was over £10 more than the cost of joining by the website.”

Attracting new members to GEM is something we have to work very hard at and we have found that having an introductory offer in year one improves recruitment significantly. “Good. I had to wait for Landline & Broadband to be re-connected before renewing. I discovered there are numerous voucher codes available. I think existing members should receive the same discount as new members!”
