“Service is great when you need them - but the office team weren't so pleasant when I called about the renewal price. Prepared to overlook that as the rest of the GEM product is good.”

“If the breakdown & recovery process is as good as the initial experience of using the web site it should be a good service, as with all insurance you only really find out if it is any good when you need it. Hopefully it will be very good.”
