I have never made an investment with a worse company than this one. Unreasonably, they froze my account, and when I requested assistance, they informed me that I had to pay taxes. Before I discovered COVSECLTD.COM, I searched everywhere for a solution, and they assisted me in recovering all I had lost.

Three months after starting my investment, I began to feel uneasy when I attempted to make my first withdrawal. My account, which held over $372,805, was unexpectedly locked,and I was told to reach out to customer service. Despite my repeated attempts to access my funds, they ignored every request. After confiding in a colleague, they recommended I contact rerevert.com. Their team guided me through the process and helped me successfully recover my money.

This company has been the worst investment decision I've ever made. They locked my account for no reason, and when I tried to get answers, they demanded tax payments. After looking for help everywhere, I finally found A M D A R K L I M I T E D ** C0M, and they managed to get back everything I lost.

I needed recovery from Salisbury, Wiltshire yesterday ( Ref No :- 5701225 ) and would just like to say that from my initial call ( Thanks Lisa!! ) to completion was less than 2 hours!! This broker is a scam!! Please guys avoid them. I was only a victim to them because I believe it will be the best for me but am unable to withdraw from them and they keep on asking for more deposit. Am so glad Mrs. Lilo Grace was able to help in getting my funds from Them. We have been GEM customers from some years and have always used the reclaim policy. This used to work fine, recovery driver gave you paperwork and got a quick repayment from GEM. THIS STSTEM NO LONGER WORKS! Drivers don’t give you any paperwork and when you contact the recovery agent they don’t send the invoice, this is despite chasing them several times. Gem won’t intervene and because of this system we could not reclaim the last charge and of out of pocket. If Gem appoint recovery agents the it is there responsibility to make sure the system works and if not they need to step in. Now a very poor service. I suppose they are just trying customers into paying the higher price, shoddy tactics.

I recently had to use GEM after a breakdown. Having also used the RAC in the last year, I can say that the difference is huge. It was easy to report the breakdown with GEM using the App and within 20 minutes, someone had arrived (vs over 8 hrs of waiting for RAC). The person who came made a genuine effort to fix the problem at the roadside (unlike RAC) and after about 40 minutes of being unable to do so proceeded to recover the car and brought me back home. GEM also followed up during this process to make sure that they had arrived and things were going OK whereas with the RAC I had to call them 5 times during the wait for an update and each time they made a promise to call me back but in the 8 hrs of waiting I never received a single call. GEM was more expensive, but is value for money whereas the RAC just take your money without offering a reasonable service in return.

I've had to use Gem recovery a couple of times before, and the latest was for an unrepairable puncture in the rear wheel of my motorbike. I like Gem because they send a specialised motorcycle recovery vehicle and although there was a delay in them getting to me on this occasion, I was in a safe area, so there was really no urgency and they kept me informed throughout the wait. The recovery driver was friendly and professional. I felt confident in his handling of my bike and on unloading it at my home address he was kind enough to park it exactly where I wanted it and also left it on the centre stand, ready for me to remove the wheel and get a new tyre fitted. Every time Gem have had to come to my assistance I've been happy with the service, which is a great improvement on my previous experiences with the two best known recovery companies and at a better price, too. I'll certainly be renewing my membership next year.

First time I had had cause to use this company so didn't know what to expect. The call centre operator was courteous and efficient, and I was kept informed of recovery vehicle progress. Again, the recovery company were excellent. A very positive outcome from what was initially a very stressful situation, would definitely recommend.

Arrival of breakdown / recovery mechanic was probably only around 20 minutes after my initial call. The initial power pack was not powerful enough so a second was delivered by another mechanic. GEM clearly work with efficient partners. I was kept fully informed of progress by GEM and couldn't ask for better.

We have been with GEM for a number of years having put up with other breakdown services that quite frankly were a rip off ! GEM have always been very helpful, polite, and excellent with their updates and communication. The service they provide is courteous, prompt and efficient and the services they use are equally as good. Thoroughly recommend GEM to anyone xx

Having got me to where I wanted to go, when it was time to move on again my motorcycle refused point-blank to start. As luck would have it I was short of tools, but all the required elements were in place - fuel, spark, air, and a working right leg. But no joy. At all. At least the weather was sunny! I rang GEM, gave all the necessary details, and they swiftly arrange recovery for me, keeping me well informed of progress. The company who took the job, Hough Green Garage of Widnes, arrived within the stated time (30 mins) loaded up my bike and took us back home again, which was my choice of destination. Apart from my bike not working, it was a first-class service. Many thanks to all involved, it really couldn't have been better!

Brilliant service! I was called back within a few minutes of logging my breakdown on the app, then called by the breakdown company with an ETA. They arrived within a few minutes of when they were expected and sorted me out so I could be on my way. Well done!
