An easy shopping experience, ultra-quick delivery, and packaging that's both environmentally aware and robust. Included accessories are generous, high quality and totally useful. There's an attention to detail with the customer service that's rare, and to be treasured - for instance, when I receive a Geckota quartz watch, it's running with the correct time and date, having been activated and set just before being packaged up. “I purchased a airstream 2 watch recently from Geckota. A few days after My purchase, the watch went on sale for a significant discount. I reached out to Geckota to see if they can credit me the difference between what I payed and the sale price. They credited me the difference with no questions asked. Great customer service. I look forward to adding more of their unique watches to my collection.”

“Absolutely love this watch!!! Purchased 2 Pioneer watches a month ago, one black waffle dial and one red starburst dial. The quality is amazing and style are perfect. Subtle, yet stunning. Communication with customer service was great when I had an issue with customs(shipped to US). Will definitely be purchasing another watch from Geckota in the future. They have quickly become one of my top favorite micro-brands.”
