“The tools themselves are great for the price but unfortunately dealing with shipping and receiving was just a disaster with you guys had to reach out multiple times about my order and I got sent empty boxes from UPS so now I’m waiting for my refund to clear to order the tools I need I’ve spent thousands of dollars on gearwrench products and hope I don’t have to change company’s in the future.”
