I guess my main point of feedback would be having a consistent 96 score which according to them makes me an excellent driver and emailing me with news of a £0 refund on my policy kinda says to me that most people are tying themselves into a contract without knowledge of how much this could cost them.

Awful experience. They cancelled my policy because they said I had nit fitted the black box within 14 days. HOWEVER, the box was only delivered THREE WEEKS after I took out the policy! I kept tracking it and it was delayed in Amsterdam. Their fault. Not mine! Trying to communicate with them is hopeless. They proudly say that their messenger on Facebook is monitored but every time I tried to use it a message was relayed that the system was faulty. Their call centre does not pass on or record relevant info. Disgusting company. They charged me £75 cancellation fee. AVOID!!!

Gave me a reasonable quote which I agreed to. Then they sent an email the following day saying they wanted another 950 pounds from me. I cancelled because I thought it was unfair and they charged me 75 pounds. Dishonest and sneaky company. Best avoided.
