I was very happy with the service I received. I've just has my renewal invitation and my new price is 25p cheaper even though I've got another years ncd and my driving score is still 97. I received a reduction for my good score months ago but don't really see the point of renewing with them!!

Constantly asking for money on absolutely everything. Didn't feel like I had a break from this company asking for money and honestly started to feel like a scam. So happy with my current insurance company and the only charge ive ever had is 50P and only ever had money given back to me. Take a note from their book.

Hi, We do apologise that you’re disappointed with the service you have experienced. The WiseDriving policy puts the customer in control, it is based on your driving, if your driving is good you can see a reduction in premium, however, if your score decreases then you can see an additional charge. It is dependent on you as a driver and how you drive. When generating a quote online you are provided with the below information "If you drive well, you can earn reduced premiums and pay less every month! If you drive badly, your premium may go up" On page 4 of the terms and conditions, it states " We may adjust your premium on a monthly basis during the policy term to reflect how you are driving. This may result in either a reduction or an additional charge." We provide all of the information you need to make an informed decision based on your needs on whether this policy is right for you. Very poor service. Cancel my policy within first 14 days still didn't get my full money back plus they charged me for the box as well and there is no way you can send the box back and they also charge my 150pounds for the box that I wont be using. Very poor customer service. Never gonna use it in future. Instead by bit more money and take a proper insurance.

Hi Jig, The charges that have been applied were clearly stated within our terms and conditions that you agreed to when taking the policy up. Your policy is a contract for 12 months. If your insurance is cancelled for any reason you will be charged £75.00 in addition to the charge made by your insurer for the cover you have received. "The New Business Telematics Fee for the first year is £150. You can find our fees under section 4 and 5 of our terms and conditions. We provide all of the information you need to make an informed decision based on your needs on whether this policy is right for you. . Once this information is provided it is up to you to make a decision on whether or not you would like to proceed with the policy. Yours Sincerely, Jamie

Hi, Before taking up the policy, you would have been made aware of the cost of the insurance via the quote received. Once this information is provided it is up to you as a consumer to make a decision on whether or not you want to proceed with the quote received. Extremely bad service. They require us to pay excessive fees that are not actually needed. I will never choose this company ever again.

Please know the payment premium increments from the black box assessment reports has no upper limit, meaning they can continue to increase as long as the company wants and remember you cant cancel anymore because you have been tied into the policy with a "fake" credit facility (investigate). They will charge you admin and insurance fees even if you cancel within the statutory cooling off period of 14 day (illegal by the way). Finally, you have no say or appeals available to you on how the black box reports are interpreted, only the firm has the total oversight on that. This are my findings. smells like rip-off company, but of course, you decide!

Customer services -Very poor communication. My experience with staff from customer services is lack of proper conversation abilities- patronising when speaking to customers and passive aggressiveness. This review is based on 4 occasions I called wise driving wanting help with installing the telematics device. 1 star is more than generous- I do not recommend!
