“have to cancel insurance within 4 days due to sale of car . I was charged £75 just as an cancellation which was within 14 days cooling period. Won't recommend this, its a rip off....”

Hi, Thank you for your review. As stated in our terms and conditions; your policy is a contract for 12 months. If your insurance is cancelled for any reason you will be charged £75.00 in addition to the charge made by your insurer for the cover you have received. When you set up the policy you would have had to read and agree to our terms and conditions. A link to these terms is also included in all of our email correspondence we issue to our customers. “The fault I’ve found with wise driving is that when you want to find out more ways to improve your driving it says click “here” so I try to do that but it doesn’t work and therefore I don’t actually know how to improve my driving.”

“Very good company in terms of giving me feedback on my driving and how to improve it. I also like the break down option online to see specifically what I need to improve. The only negative is the curfew feature.”

If you do need to drive within those times every once in a while, it will not have a drastic impact on your score. If you find that you are having to drive at those times more often, then as long as you are able to keep your other scores high, you should be able to maintain your overall score.
