“Very easy to take out insurance. I found downloading the policy on the internet extremely easy and i am not computer savvy.”

“I sent two emails, one dated 11th March, the other 12th March. I received one acknowledgment following the two emails. The acknowledgement has not been followed up with any reply.”

“Very good but you you have to be very conversant with technology as everything is done online. It would be nice to have a real person to talk to if you can't find ths answer online.”

“Helpful staff who gave a good explanation of the cover available as well as exclusions. The premium was fairly reasonable premium but cancellation charges are punitive - fortunately, I haven't needed to cancel!”

“Very good overall. Made a few minor typos in the body of the policy but that was put right quickly. Friendly, helpful staff and not too long waits over the phone. Reasonable rates too, so would use again.”

“Excellent service and good prices. However I have two classic cars insured with you and they are rarely used, but I like to keep them insured, and you still charge £40 brokerage charge per car.”

“This is the first time I have used Performance Direct so I don’t know too much about them. I was pleased with the price they gave me. I asked for the insurance documents to be sent to me by post, but I am still waiting for them ! I am a little disappointed with that.”
