“Renewal process was fine other than having to search in the attached documents to find the renewal premium. It could have been communicated in the headline emails / texts rather than just in the schedule document.”

“In the process of trying to get £1000+ back on my credit card due to auto renewal action when I didn’t ask for this. Quoted this large amount…over 40% higher than the year before (never made a claim so not sure how good their customer service is. Figured they didn’t want to insure me for a further year! Got insured by another company at an affordable cost….didn’t get notified of the payment to be taken…..and now the charge is on my credit card statement. I’m awaiting their decision after proving that I had taken out alternative cover….wish me luck 🍀”
