“Ended up going for another year with Performance direct as the renewal price was so competitive, despite the fact I nearly went with someone else as I requested a renewal quote a month before due date and it was more than most competitors! How does that work? Anyway, alls well that ends well.”

“Usually very good service. However this time on Renewal, no letter or email was sent just an email to say to Login into your web site. No renewal price was price was given, and the money was just taken. The price was okay, but it would be nice to know how much things are.”

“Everything went smoothly until I downloaded the app. I was unable to view my documents on it. I contacted the helpline and they were very helpful and emailed me the documents straight away. All in all a good service.”
