“I have insured my car with performance direct for the past 2 years , they are very competitive on price and very informative when renewals are due and very professional in renewing my policy and sending relavent documents, I haven't had to make a claim but have full confidence they will deal with it quickly and efficiently S pedersen”

“I was with Performance direct for 3 years, with no issues. Fairly competitive prices. Although, as with a lot of companies these days. You have to ring up to get the best price when it comes to renewal.”

“Was an existing customer, sold my car, bought a new car, went back to them. Customer service was appalling. Refused to accept my credit card. Despite my bank proving they never even tried to put it through. I believe they don't want to take credit cards to avoid paying fees. Force you to pay my debit card. Phone agents were very poor and had no interest in solving this.”

“My rating is based only on my experience with Performance Direct which consists of my initial purchase of auto insurance and subsequent renewal the following year. My renewal quote was higher than quotes I found on comparison sites however when I telephoned the very helpful and friendly staff were quick to match the lower price.”

“I had no incidents, accidents or other contact with PD. yet you doubled my premium. When I went to a search site it showed you 'refused to insure me'? I went to a competitor and got a policy with a premium similar to last years. That's why I left.”
