“Good service , however at renewal time last year you automatically renew my policy,as it was my payment didn’t go through due to my card had been cloned so my card number had changed, rather than contact me you just didn’t re insure me .unaware to myself I drove around for a year with insurance.this could have had no end of problems ( loss of license, stolen car , accident etc ) no explanation given to me this year why this slipped through the net without contacting me , other than that good service”

“Failed to send paper documents when requested at purchase of policy, had to phone again (queuing)after policy started, documents then sent out as requested, otherwise all ok.”

“Have insured my 4 cars with Performance for the past number of years. This year I've already insured one but the one due nie leapt in price from £97 -£220!! As a result I found a cheaper insurer - Carol Nash.”

“Good but had to take pictures of my garage and pictures of my car in the garage within a certain amount of days and only found out once I had left the country so was a hassle to sort and had to email back and forth to resolve.”
