“Love the fact that I don’t have to do, or worry about anything! Always notified in plenty of time as to when my policy is up for renewal. In my opinion a five star service.”

“I have been a client with Performance Direct for my car insurance for 2 year if I am not wrong, but this is not matter at the end and i am very happy with this company and the prices are affordable. “always great service, commission paid to arrange cover seems a little high but it saves hunting around and is probably as good, if not better than others !! communications always good.....I have not had reason to make a claim (and hope not to !!) so cannot comment on service provided in those circumstances”

“Wow I get my renewal email and its £40 cheaper than last year ! Most insurance goes up not down ! 10/10 for communication and 10/10 for price and customer service”

“I didn't seem to get an email to remind me my renewal was due and didn't know the premium had been taken out of my account until I saw it later. I would have still used Performance as the cost of the insurance is still very reasonable.”
