“Thank you - my insurance re newal was surprising . I knew nothing about the new rate you were charging , money was taken from my account under another trading name ,causing some concerns and an investigation from Barclays . Your e mail arrived after You had taken the money from my account , enabling the link .”

“Good price initially so i took out the policy. Then had to cancel after a month due to change in circunstances and got a bill for £178 to terminate the policy. Seems extortionate.”
