Tried to pay on website then message came up that something had gone wrong and to try again later which I did. Same message then discovered they’d taken payment twice. 48 hours later still no response to my emails and no refund. Appalling lack of customer service.

It was not quite easy as we were calling customer care for several time and no one replied. Also in the website said the payment not has been done and we paid 2 times for the same insurance and 2 times the payment debited for the same account.

I filled the form on their website and paid the deposit money for my car but on the website, after i paid with my card details, it showed that it hasn’t been paid. It’s charged from my account already and I haven’t received any email from them 3 days. I have been trying to call them almost 4 days. No one is answering the phone. Customer service is very bad.

Reasonable quote, although the comparison site said extras such as breakdown were added to total price however I had to add these at more extra cost on the website.

Disgraceful, increase premium of over 30% with no change in circumstance, vehicle or offences. Direct Debit was taken five days early as the policy auto-renewed which I would never had agreed to. When contacted customer services, the reply was "attached is your credit agreement showing the DD date" ! Surely, an agreement needs two or more parties or persons to "agree" I certainly did not "agree"to be ripped off !!!

Expected call back within a couple of hours expected on 7th March regarding policy alteration. Three days later still waiting. Still as i am typing this on the phone waiting for an agent after 37Minutes. Having been promised to be transferred to an agent (by a human) 20 minutes ago. Customer service stinks
