“Its not been the smoothest process with portal issues and a missed e mail due to a family emergency & hospitalisation. There was no sympathy or assistance, just obstacles...the old days were the best when you got a personal service...this is called progress, but here to stay unfortunately.”

“Was the cheapest quote for my Tesla Model 3 Performance. No that is was cheap but much better than my renewal quote. All very efficient, just downloaded the documents from the website. Thankfully haven't had to make a claim so can't review that.”

“After getting a quote previously for renewal was told by one employee that it was no longer available at that price and offered me a significantly higher price. I found a cheaper quote through saber online and contacted insure2drive again to see why it was cheaper through a different agent. Spoke to Cameron who was the most helpful person I've spoken to all day and said it was still available at the previous price. Thank you so much Cameron, a credit to the company ensuring loyal customers! If only they were all like you”
