It was a seamless process, getting a car insurance cover from insure to drive. I also found the prices quite competitive and I sincerely recommend them to you.

We waited for a long time over the phone to renew our car policy, when someone answered, i was helping my husband to answer the questions of the female agent,(as we are not native english speakers) it was noisy in her background. She said she cant understand us and call again. I asked if we can renew our policy over the website, she said "yes just check maybe" not very helpful and accomodating. I wanted to ask if i can speak in behalf of my husband but i did'nt she was in so much in a hurry in her voice and insisted we call again.

Website is hard to use, takes a long time to get through the details. When you pay for and try to register your policy, the “enter your birthdate” part forces you to scroll back a month at a time, I was born in 1954, what a pain. Does anyone from the company actually try to use these websites after they put them up?

“Waited ages on phone to a droning music - in the end I gave up - The Music keeps stopping and you think here we go maybe a human voice - but nothing it just re sets itself .... also I am still listening music… headache

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE I have been trying to contact for over a week loads of email been on hold for over 2 hours to no avail and there meant to cancel my insurance on Monday DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

My monthly payment bounced once and I wasn't contacted for nearly two months until they threatened to cancel my insurance a week ago. I have been trying to get in contact with them for 2 months and have so far been unsuccessful. I also don't have an online payment option on my customer portal for some reason so my only option is to wait on hold and hope someone answers. Cannot wait to be done with this company, I will not be using them again.

I will never recommend this insurance company to you. If you have taken this insurance for any reason, call the call center once and you will understand why you are told not to take it.

Unable to make my payment online. Website refuses to accept my/my fathers/my mothers card details. Gave them a call and after being on hold for 1 hour and 30+minutes, I finally get an answer! Low and behold they can't hear me! Sorry is that B? No....N..... oh my god.....is that E6? NO......N! Problem unresolved. Hopeless service.

Customer service there is none - if you actually need to talk to anybody and reasonably quickly dont use this company they are shockingly bad . Thank god mine was a general query and was not important --will never renew with this crowd
