Your lucky to get one star, I have been trying to talk to someone about changing my van insurance ,if I phone I’m put on hold sometimes for over half an hour ,I’ve tried six different phone numbers and all the same put on hold. I’ve emailed numerous times and still haven’t been given any proper answers. I hate to think what would happen if I was in an accident and needed to get in touch with you. On the email site I keep getting messages saying technical problems so to phone customer services which as I’ve said us useless. I’m certainty thinking I won’t be using your company again if this is the way customers are treated. I certainly won’t be recommending you to anyone.

It took some time to get someone to assist me on the phone, nevertheless once we spoke with a representative they were very helpful. I also found Insure to Drive the cheapest in the market.

I’ve been trying to renew an insurance policy for an elderly friend of mine. For weeks I have been phoning and phoning and phoning and my calls have never been answered even after waiting over an hour each time. Her insurance has expired now and we have gone somewhere else. I am so relieved that we needed to get in touch for a renewal and not for a claim if this is how she would have been treated.

We waited for a long time over the phone to renew our car policy, when someone answered, i was helping my husband to answer the questions of the female agent,(as we are not native english speakers) it was noisy in her background. She said she cant understand us and call again. I asked if we can renew our policy over the website, she said "yes just check maybe" not very helpful and accomodating. I wanted to ask if i can speak in behalf of my husband but i did'nt she was in so much in a hurry in her voice and insisted we call again.

Website is hard to use, takes a long time to get through the details. When you pay for and try to register your policy, the “enter your birthdate” part forces you to scroll back a month at a time, I was born in 1954, what a pain. Does anyone from the company actually try to use these websites after they put them up?

“Waited ages on phone to a droning music - in the end I gave up - The Music keeps stopping and you think here we go maybe a human voice - but nothing it just re sets itself .... also I am still listening music… headache

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE I have been trying to contact for over a week loads of email been on hold for over 2 hours to no avail and there meant to cancel my insurance on Monday DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

My monthly payment bounced once and I wasn't contacted for nearly two months until they threatened to cancel my insurance a week ago. I have been trying to get in contact with them for 2 months and have so far been unsuccessful. I also don't have an online payment option on my customer portal for some reason so my only option is to wait on hold and hope someone answers. Cannot wait to be done with this company, I will not be using them again.
