“Although the service is good, i am not happy i am charged £20 for late payments also if you are late paying so many times they will stop your insurance and you have to pay the remaining balance, normally i pay within the 7 day warning so why is it a problem if you do pay within the 7 day of a cancelation, so it makes me think should i go elsewhere as Swinton let you go in one of there offices to pay and don't say one more late payment and its cancelled, so i am not happy about this.”

“All the contacts I had with the insurer verbal and non-verbal were excellent. I only hope that the premium will tremendously go down come the renewal of the policy. .”
