“I have purchased a car insurance with them a week in advance and decided to postpone the start of my cover even further, so I rang them straight away and was told they had to cancel my policy and issue a new one, so they charged me £25 administration fee even though my policy has not even started! Beware! They charge admin fees for everything! Stay away!”
