“When looking online my reg didn’t match the car, rang them up to sort this and they advised that I may have to call back to buy rather than completing online. As it turns out I did need to call to buy and both times they were very helpful. Car is an import and they were the cheapest for my insurance.”

“I called customer services this afternoon around 4.30pm. The guy I spoke to was very rude, unfriendly and arrogant. He sounded like someone in a hurry to get off the call - he even hanged up the phone on me. I am not renewing my insurance with them because of this behaviour.”

“doesn't accept my email as a valid one so cannot register to access my policy which is strange as the same email address was used to tell me they have taken my money. Cannot contact anyone as the link doesn't load to anything. Is this another half arsed insurance scam ?”

“They are scammers ,not helpful at all deducted money for almost a year . When I put in a claim they staetes making excuses. They will leave you stranded.”
