I was scammed over €59,000 by someone I met online on a fake investment project. I started searching for help legally to recover my money and I came across a lot of Testimonies about Sharon Recovery Experts. I contacted them providing the necessary information's and it took the experts about 48hours to locate and help recover my stolen funds. I am so relieved and the best part was, the scammer was located and arrested by local authorities in his region. I hope this help as many out there who are victims and have lost to these fake online investment scammers. You get my attention with a cheap quote. Then you "find" new information and charge me another 50% on top. No longer cheap insurance and I feel ripped off. Bad tactics, not a good way to do business. Should have found all the info before hand.

Hi Mr. T, Thank you for your review. Our website states that we require any claims, losses or accidents in the last five years, regardless of blame, to be declared when inputting your details to obtain a quote. All insurers input any claims information on the Claims Underwriting Exchange, if any claims are found that were not initially declared at the inception of your policy, these are then added on and any change in premium is chargeable. We also advise customers that if there are any discrepancies with the information that has been inputted that this can cause an additional premium to be charged. If you wish to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department on 01733 308 235 and one of our customer service agents will be able to expand further on why there has been an additional charge on your policy. Initial sign up was great, renewal experience, has been very different. I was told if I had seen a better price to go else where. Then the manager hung up my call, she didn’t want to give me broker contact details. The agent ( I won’t include names) and manager was so unhelpful and unbothered. I think they have forgotten ‘customer service’. My renewal had only dropped by £10 a month! I’m still waiting for a call about my renewal date and this was with complaints. Not seen service this bad ever.

Website doesn't work, I've added documents and now it's saying i haven't added them and a threat about being charged and the insurance being void ? What's wrong with a phone call? especially when the issue isn't my end its your end

Very poor service at start. Won't post documents - diy from website only. Documents not very clear to say the least. no claims bonus seems worse than other policies I've had. Courtesy car not mentioned despite agreeing to it at the point of sale. Questions by email completely ignored. Only signed up yesterday; if things don't improve very quickly I'll be cancelling and I won't accept a charge if that becomes necessary.

The insurance was quick and easy to set up. However, after being insured for over two months I have received a letter from a finance company asking for my signature. This is the first I’ve been made aware I am entering into a finance agreement. This is mandatory to tell the customer and instead I’m assuming it’s been hidden in the small print. Poor from that stand point.

Not sure why I have to go through the other company ?? I can’t seem to find my information anywhere . With the other company or IGO4 ....I’m looking to get my window screen done ....but can not get info on my policy or set up your app ....very frustrating

Hi, Sorry to see this is how you feel, Regarding our insurance, like most other companies we operate on a live market so this means every time we run a quote it could potentially change the price, when running quotes for different days you also get different prices as it is a live market. Called the renewal team about my policy and asked for best price for my renewal, after doing a quick search and getting a quote from IGO4 which was £80.00 cheaper as a new policy. The renewal team guy, said there was nothing he could do and I'd obviously be better going for the other quote. Even after I told him that the quote was from IGO4, he just wasn't bothered and so I cancelled my policy at the end of its term, or at least thats what I thought. I took out the new policy straight away. Only to find 2 weeks later that the original policy had not been cancelled and had cost me money. Am I legally allowed to have two active insurance policies on the same car? Whats worse is it was two active policies with the same company , IGO4 I am just concerned now that if they don't listen around renewal time are they going to listen if I have to claim?

Regarding your prices for the renewal, there is a magnitude of things that could result in it changing the price such as very miniscule changes in your quote information, and the fact that the live market that insurers work on is very volatile. The customer service is basically dead. The agents one speak to lack uniformity of information. Each of them has their own understanding of the same business and you are forcibly made to pay money that you should not be playing due to threats of cancelling your insurance. They don’t make notes for information discussed hence every call becomes a new call.

Took whole year out in one reimbursed so i set a monthly payment plan up but they cancelled my policy so I had to reinstate the policy

Not clear what documents they want and how they want them I sent my driving licence and additional driver license but was not clear that they wanted the back of the licence to also not keen on clothes brother would have preferred creation would like to have be able to chose

I thought I was dealing with a robot. I even asked a question to check it wasn't. Unfriendly to the point that if you weren't significantly the cheapest I would have gone elsewhere

Asking for a star rating at beginning Just on setting up the an account is wrong, it’s all about how you deal with the later issue ie an accident, as this is where all insurance companies fail to complete successfully in favour of their own customer when its not their fault. Especially when brokers hold their hand up and say not our problem call you insurer.

Poor customer service, none of the advisors I’ve spoken too seem to know or understand what they are doing. I had a discrepancy over my partners no claims bonus and it all ended up with a dispute over the phone before it was corrected. I just felt you were quick to take my money but when I actually needed help it was not there. I will not be renewing with yourselves after this year. Thank you
