Wouldn’t use again, lost my car through being in between jobs, repossessed. Still chasing me for a cancellation fee. Shocking! Would never use again.

After being scammed by this broker , I found out about Sup*reme*asset*7**@**gm*ail.**com and they recovered my funds back.

Do not send any money to this fraudulent website. Once they have gained your trust, they will take 70% of the remaining funds in your wallet. You may feel pressured to transfer larger amounts in an attempt to save money, only to find yourself bankrupt. Purchased this cheap policy as it sounded to good to be true. Was with churchill. Although I am a policy holder because I own the car therefore a policy holder, main driver is my spouse and earned NCD as main driver on this same vehicle with last insurance company. I sent them proof of NCD and they refused to accept. They know she's the main driver and will be driving the car but they want NCB on my name because I paid for the policy and is a named driver. No other company has the same policy. I own another vehicle and my NCD is being used there. They are happy to cancel the policy and deduct nearly £100 despite policy was purchased just a day before. Also, no other company has been asking copies of driver's licences even though I sent them driving licence numbers. When called, person on the phone kept putting me on hold and kept getting instructions from her colleagues. Call that should've lasted 5-10 minutes, lasted nearly an hour. If you have money to loose and time to waste then use this company, otherwise avoid at all cost.

No negotiation on premium at all. The £60 ,new policy fee magically morphs into a £60 renewal fee after a year. Very disappointing.

Scam company - do your research before purchasing insurance with this company - even after signing an agreement they may change the prices and then try to add on everything possible if you decide to change your mind. In my case after making a mistake on my application my initial quote was doubled. I immediately cancelled and now apparently being charged for £60 non refundable set up fee, £35 reduced rate cancellation fee within the cooling off period, £6 insurance and tax and an extra £25 added on for amendment fees, none of which I agreed to or requested. So we have an outstanding total of £125 for insurance I didn't want or need. Judging by other reviews I'm not the only one and this is what is deemed as acceptable practice by IGO4. My advice would be to avoid avoid avoid and not be tempted by initial low quotes as I dread to think what they would actually come up with if you needed to make a claim.

I bought a different family car in January this year, swapping from my BMW to a Honda HRV. I contacted IGo4 to change my cover from the old car to the new one. I was informed that iGo4 couldn't insure me for the new car and they cancelled my cover. I then received a request to contact them and was requested to pay a months premium for the month of February for the BMW car l no longer owned. I informed them that it was them who were unable to cover me! I did not cancel the insurance so felt aggrieved that l should pay another months premium. They suggested l make a formal complaint which l did. As of today, the 12th March 2024, l am still awaiting the decision on my complaint but have received yet another request for me to contact them to pay the money they feel l owe them. After making another call to iGo4, my complaint has still not been dealt with and am awaiting a return call. Not impressed with 1. A demand for a further months insurance cover for a vehicle l no longer own 2. An outstanding complaint which has not been dealt with and 3. A demand for money for insurance cover which l didn't cancel. Hoping for a satisfactory conclusion to all this....

Got to be the worst insurance company around. I sold my car 4 months ago and have been trying to cancel the insurance ever since. I tried logging on to my ‘online account’ but they say the password is incorrect. Every time I put in an email address to reset, I get a message saying we have retrieved your details and you will receive an email shortly. Must have done this 50 times now! Then I tried putting in another email address which wasn’t linked to my account and got the same message!!! There’s no email address to cancel on their website and when you call you’re on hold for hours before the line then goes dead. I’m starting to think these people are scammers and they won’t let you contact them to cancel a policy. I’ve now cancelled my direct debit with them and we’ll see where that gets me. BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service received. There currently aren't any technical issues with the online portal so this is something we need look into for you. A representative can do this over the phone, as well as cancel your policy for you. You will on occasion need to wait to get through to one of our agents but, our wait times are not as described. May I check the number you are calling? Our Customer Service number is 01733 308 235 and we are open 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 -13:00 Saturday and closed Sunday. When I ask all they ever do is send me this: Thank you for your email. This is an automated email, please do not respond. “If you are contacting us because your policy is due for renewal, you can view and manage your renewal options, including viewing your renewal invitation in your online account. Just login here https://www.igo4.com/my-policy” Unfortunately, i can’t login without a policy number. NIGHTMARE! If this is how they treat new customers, heaven knows how they would deal with a claim.

We're sorry to hear you are unhappy and are experiencing communication issues. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. When a policy is taken out, you are sent a welcome email which contains your policy documents and certificate of insurance. We are sorry if you have not received this, that is unusual. You can email us but it is not the quickest method of communication with us as the emails are answered in date order. Our number is 01733 308 235 and we are open 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 -13:00 Saturday and closed Sunday. We also have a Live Chat social media messaging option. Over 30 minutes to get to talk to someone on the phone. Price is almost double what I paid last year to insurance company but all quotes I received were at least that or more. Why have insurance companies almost added 100% to our costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY COMPANY!! They held the incorrect information then increased my premium by 150% when I provided them Evidence that they are wrong no one responded and kept putting the phone down - DISGRACEFUL!!
