“Took whole year out in one reimbursed so i set a monthly payment plan up but they cancelled my policy so I had to reinstate the policy”

“Although expensive (young, new driver), iGO4 has a clean and clear website that is easy to navigate and use. And they were relatively cheaper than other insurer's.”

“The deal value was in the top 3 and I chose iGO4 as I had been a customer in the past. I had an issue with payment as I kept getting a technical issue error and after waiting 18 minutes in the customer service queue, I was told to clear cache and restart the browser. I was also unable to add my new policy to my email as it was used before. I'm still waiting for an email reply from customer service on how to proceed.”
