“I thought I was dealing with a robot. I even asked a question to check it wasn't. Unfriendly to the point that if you weren't significantly the cheapest I would have gone elsewhere”

“Set up in error. Pmt went through twice. Email Sunday 26/7 for refund. No reply as of 28/7 11.39am. Really poor service.”

Hi Rebecca, Our dedicated admin team can take up to 48 hours to respond to customer's queries, and do not work on Sundays. If the payment has come through twice, we will automatically refund it to the card it was collected from. Due to banking processes this can take 3-5 working days. If you still have not received the refund by the end of the week, please contact our customer service department on 01733 308 235. Many Thanks, Kathryn.

“Good company, but use a separate credit company to pay for the finance making the process a little more complicated then the standard insurance company”

Hi, Thanks for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you’ve enjoyed your experience with IGo4 so far. As we are an insurance broker, we do not have the facilities to provide our own credit. The safest way for us to ensure our customers have a secure credit agreement is to utilise a Third Party funding company called Close Brothers Premium Finance. Whilst separate from IGo4, they work closely alongside us to ensure the best possible service is provided to our customers. If there is anything you feel we can do better for you, please let us know. “Using Indian call censers means I could hardly understand the other guy on the phone. If you hadn’t already taken money from my account I would have gone elsewhere.”
