“Honestly easiest car insurance and one of the cheapest. It was very easy to set up with low 1st payment. Excellent communication and everything explained I high recommend iG04.”

“After taking out my policy, I received an email requesting my husbands licence details as a named driver, I sent them in immediately as instructed, by downloading them on the website. Weeks later, I received an email to say I still hadn't sent them and that my husband would be removed from my policy and, as I was paying monthly, my payments would increase. When I contacted them, they said they would look into it and suddenly found that I had sent them, although still expected me to pay the admin charge for changing the policy....which I haven't paid! As they had already contacted the finance company, they agreed to contact them again and reinstate my original policy costs, but when I received an updated letter of payments, they were still higher than they should be. I have again needed to contact them and they agreed to sort this out but my most recent payment still hasn't been reduced, so I am going to be paying more than originally agreed. Far too much stress and hassle for simple car insurance cover!”

“Very competitive, and quick process. My only gripe is when I needed to upgrade my insurance it was not obvious how I was top to proceed and had to pay a £30 admin charge for iGO4 carry out the upgrade for me.”
