“Firstly I wanted to arrange my car insurance over the phone but waiting time was too long was on hold approximately 20 minutes then gave up. I then went online and to be fair it was straight forward which was good but sometimes I would still prefer to organise things on the phone.”

“Phone lines keep sending you to different numbers that just cut you off. Prefer to talk to a person because some things can't be changed. Plus you gave me a quote and then charged £20 more than the quote.”

“Straight forward, found through compare the market, 300.00 less than Axa my current insurer, same cover. Easy access to documents, links to register for an account, easy to use. Very happy.”
