“Not clear what documents they want and how they want them I sent my driving licence and additional driver license but was not clear that they wanted the back of the licence to also not keen on clothes brother would have preferred creation would like to have be able to chose”

“Very difficult to understand representative accent put me on hold 15 mins cut off , no return call , took total of 30 mins to cancel my policy still no idea how much refund said e mail would be sent to me”

“I phoned to speak to someone abt my car insurance renewal. Spoke to someone as to why my Car insurance has jumped up £300. Your colleague was so rude as to when she asked why this was the case and he responded because it has . So I asked if she could be put through to his Manager she has been waiting 20 mins on hold. Then spoke to the Manager said this happens so now I’ve cancelled insurance Not good Customer Service. Maybe it’s time for meto change my insurance . Not good at this present time with COVID-19”
