dont use make changes to your policy without consent then charge £300 for privilege

Hi, Sorry to hear that you feel this way, this situation can happen depending on what date that your have selected for your direct debits. If it is the case that you have selected a date that comes up in the next few weeks then that will be the date it comes out. You still have the same amount of payments on the policy so this will benefit you towards the end of your year with us. Regards, Dylan

Terrible waiting times trying to get through and less than helpful staff when it comes to having an issue regarding policy. Would not reccomend

customer service is shocking- 3 phone calls to confirm direct debit details and i was still getting cancellation threatening letters, when i got the confirmation of direct debit they had put the named driver as bank account holder and not me! Will defo not use again- stay clear!!!!!!!!

Waited on the phone to be told to do it online. Couldn’t add an extra car online so had to ring back up (wait again). Then got told to take a second policy for same price ! So 2 policies for 2 cars £100. Not a good deal but have to be insured.

Be wary if you ever need to cancel your policy with them...their charges are EXTORTIONATE. I for one will never use their services again. Absolute rip off!! You have been warned!!

Company making up any reason to cancell policy constantly after taking initial payment. No explanation for the reason. Customer service is located in Africa and have no access to any information, emails, decisions etc. Constant problems asking for more and more personal documents invading personal space threatening to cancell policy otherwise. Customer service extremely rude.

Be aware, that if their website doesn't work, you will be debited for every attempt you make to buy car insurance, then wait forever to get your money back. Following 2 failed attempts, we booked immediately with Hastings Insurance and received documents within seconds. IGO4 then proceeded to email our documents several days after, when we already had a policy in place, which everyone knows you cannot insure your vehicle twice!! They also ignored our request for their SLA's, complaints procedure and acknowlegement of several formal complaints we made. Finally 6/7 weeks later, they acknowledged our most recent complaint and informed us it will take a further 8 weeks to resolve, although we had emailed evidence we had insurance cover with Hastings. Still fighting for our money back since 02 AUGUST 2020 ...... it's now 26 SEPT! If you're on a tight budget, don't risk losing your hard earned cash with this company.

Shocking customer service & have been waiting 3 months for my settlement from this company since the claim date .... would not recommend this company at all ...

I phoned to speak to someone abt my car insurance renewal. Spoke to someone as to why my Car insurance has jumped up £300. Your colleague was so rude as to when she asked why this was the case and he responded because it has . So I asked if she could be put through to his Manager she has been waiting 20 mins on hold. Then spoke to the Manager said this happens so now I’ve cancelled insurance Not good Customer Service. Maybe it’s time for meto change my insurance . Not good at this present time with COVID-19

Set up in error. Pmt went through twice. Email Sunday 26/7 for refund. No reply as of 28/7 11.39am. Really poor service.

Hi Rebecca, Our dedicated admin team can take up to 48 hours to respond to customer's queries, and do not work on Sundays. If the payment has come through twice, we will automatically refund it to the card it was collected from. Due to banking processes this can take 3-5 working days. Absolutely rubbish customer service and insurance. Policy was cancelled via e-mail without clear reason and warning leaving my partner stranded . 3 calls and over an hour later I got nowhere. One of the people even put the phone down. Would also help if their contact centres were UK based and not in India.

Hi, Our head office is based in the UK. However, we do have a contact centre in South Africa. The reason for the policy cancellation would have been included within the email we sent confirming the cancellation. We also issue a 7-day notice of cancellation, prior to cancelling the policy. This notice stipulates the reason for the policy cancellation, and advises of anything we require from you to prevent the policy cancellation. Many Thanks, Kathryn.

Absalootly useless bring up an issue years old that I've never had a problem with and ask for proof of ownership of the vehicle? I've never had this before waste of time defiantly do NOT recommend..

Today car insurance company changes insurance price.My English is poor and I answered the questionn for the first time maybe I make mistake but deposit was raised twice as much as before.

The worst company I have ever had dealings with. Will let the price comparison site know about this for putting me in touch with such crooks as well as anybody who will listen. Look into my policy and read the details.
