“They can not even supply with a telephone number or email address, they have renew my insurance add extra £623.00 and they send a letter but is no contact information to cancel policy with them next is my deposit been lost i have been last 3 day try to contact them”

“Not sure why I have to go through the other company ?? I can’t seem to find my information anywhere . With the other company or IGO4 ....I’m looking to get my window screen done ....but can not get info on my policy or set up your app ....very frustrating”

As a broker we administer insurance policies on behalf of a panel of underwriters. we utilise Close Brothers Premium Finance as our funding provider, to manage our customer's credit agreements. This is confirmed when you set up the policy and Close Brother's Premium Finance terms and conditions are detailed on our website when you set up the policy. “Was told money wasn't taken so found insurance elsewhere then have money taken from bank account now its cost me to cancel insurance”
