“Seems when you reach retirement we are penalised for our age even although you've driven round the world and more without claims!! But this seems to be all insurance companies policy!! But I found Igo4 still worked out the cheapest!!”

“Quick and easy to do but after that it’s down hill, I have tried to get advice about the online portal but the customer service is none Existent as no body replies to messages, either email or message.”

“Very good and helpful too , I lost my no claims bonuses due to not having a car for 3 years and IGo4 are the cheapest company by over 100% again, very pleased.”

“Initial sign up was great, renewal experience, has been very different. I was told if I had seen a better price to go else where. Then the manager hung up my call, she didn’t want to give me broker contact details. The agent ( I won’t include names) and manager was so unhelpful and unbothered. I think they have forgotten ‘customer service’. My renewal had only dropped by £10 a month! I’m still waiting for a call about my renewal date and this was with complaints. Not seen service this bad ever.”

“Put an honest review on here and igo4 reply with a message to email them. And guess what, that gets ignored. They are insuring a car that was scrapped a month ago and I can't cancel it. Pathetic”
