Phone lines keep sending you to different numbers that just cut you off. Prefer to talk to a person because some things can't be changed. Plus you gave me a quote and then charged £20 more than the quote.

Had a year ,no claim ,at £320 full comp, good price (46 yrs driver).this year £977 ...went to compare the market ,= Hastings direct.=£530...simples

Rude and unbelievably arrogant , First time i called the company about a car accident . noy even a claim but just to report an accident because the 3rd party will be taking care of the accident . as soon as i got through the the person he immedatly stated i was shouting , and i explained that i was not angry or shouting or being upset ... line dead .. So poor !!!!! dont bother with people .

Poor service my courtesy car they not send on time, i have 3 days to wait for my courtesy and to hassle for me because have no car to use after my car i send it to your approve repair shop. One of the S and G STAFF A rude to talk to… pls kinldy review the if recorded, that was march 8, 2023. @1640hrs Thanks

Hello, We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you received. We at iGO4, act as your broker and we administer to the daily running of your policy. As soon as a claim is made, your insurer will step in and deal with that incident. We would strongly suggest you speak to your insurer to log a complaint regarding the courtesy car delay and service received. Upon registering your complaint, your insurer will have to investigate and get back to you. We would however, like to remind you that courtesy car is subject to availability and this may be the cause for the delay. Many thanks, Holly

iG04 have given my name to debt collectors for payment of a car insurance policy that was started 4 days after I had moved permanently to an EU country. I had telephoned them previously to advise them of this. IG04 told me I was lying and said I had to pay for a year’s insurance of a car which is insured in the EU and has a different number plate. Any advisor I have managed to talk to just intimates that I am a liar. Over 18 months later I am still receiving threats from debt collectors. I have contacted the company by live chat, email and telephone but they just insist that I have to pay for a year’s insurance on a car that is in the EU with a different number plate. Their ref: 6809487/001

Hello, We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you have received. To explain, we sent your renewal invite confirming the policy would be automatically renew if we did not hear from you. As we did not hear from you, the policy renewed. You contacted us after the renewal, stating you did not require the insurance. The policy was cancelled and as such, you were charged for time on cover and a cancellation fee resulting in an outstanding balance to pay. We logged a complaint for you and a complaints representative investigated and concluded the outstanding balance was payable as you had not contacted us to stop the policy from renewing. The letter sent to you from our complaints department, advises you how to contact the Financial Service Ombudsman, if you are not happy with the outcome. We apologise for any stress caused and we appreciate your feedback. Many thanks, Holly

Warning! Please do not use this company. Read the positive reviews and you will quickly see they are ALL from new customers who have successfully applied for insurance and got a great price! Me too! I could easily sign up and I got an almost 'too goog to be true' price. Well... guess what... it was too good to be true. If you ever need to make a claim from this company, well good luck! I paid extra for the emergency cover but when we were burgled the 24 hour line was answered by a generic phone answerinf service who tried to redirect me to igo4. Unfortunately iGo4 were closed and I go the out of hours answer phone. Eventually, hours later, someone did answer and they redirected be to the companies underwriters. They then directed me once more to another company based in Belgium who had no idea who I was and directed me back to the 24 hour helkp line. I would go as far as to say this company is deliberately designed as to make it too difficult for anyone to actually make any sort of claim. I was a customer 2 years ago now and Im still upset enough to write reviews 2 years later because I hate to see more and more customers signing up. Please keep AWAY.

Worst insurance Company A car crashed into me i was not in the car at the time I do have video evidence of the crash insurance company I’ve said it is something I will have to deal with myself I will have to claim against myself as they will not provide the drivers details that is up for me to do so they say the police will not give me the details so I have now found the drivers details and there still not helping me out I have a disabled person that can no longer use this car And they’re saying I may not get a courtesy car even though I paid extra for this when taking policy out disgrace 20 years of driving with no claim this is the first time I’ve ever made a claim

I have dealt with loads of customer services over my many years and yours is without doubt the worst i have ever known. You ignore e-mails sent to causing untold problems.I would never use you again and if asked would say go elsewhere for your insurance j.skeldon

Quick and easy to do but after that it’s down hill, I have tried to get advice about the online portal but the customer service is none Existent as no body replies to messages, either email or message.
