“No good this company they don't even register on the national database your cars insurance which the police use I've contacted the company 7 times still nothing uploaded to the national database would not recommend this insurance company at all”

“Wouldn’t use again, we have changed providers at renewal date. Igo4 extended the insurance without asking us if we needed it. We did not ask or require this and now we are being charged for this. I have been asked twice to provide proof that we have insurance, which I have sent twice. We have now been referred to debt collection because I refused to pay for something I did not ask for or require. Disgusting behaviour not just at this time but at any time.”

“Very easy to buy this insurance, and very friendly to speak to on the phone, there was a problem with iGO4 founding my no claims points, which I had to send to them my self.”

“iGO4 are a great insurance provider they have an excellent customer service team that are easy to talk to and are very knowledgeable in all areas, they help you to get the right cover for you needs and are available when you need them. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future and would use them again for any other vehicles. I would also not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends if they were looking for comprehensive, cost effective insurance.”

“Was very pleased with quote paid in full but a few weeks later had to pay a further, £450 in full due to a loophole with previous insurance No Claim Bonus because my husband was on what you call a pool insurance meant his 5 year NCB didn't count even though he had a car to get to and from work and socail use when he worked there which was proof he had a proof of NCB feel like we got a bit ripped off but this happened 2nd week of lock down didn't have the will to fight it and ask for a reduction. Not to worry when covid is over will look to another insurer when it's time for renewal.”
