“Charging extra charges in times like this is disgusting, im self employed and have no source of income with this lockdown going on and now i have more money troubles with these extra charges”

“Takes 2to3 days for a reply 30mins on phone to get through not impressed at all still qeury my policy”

“So far.... Good price for insurance. Good communication (with covid 19). Available for online adaptations (which I prefer). I've not needed to contact since initial set up (which went well and the guy was really good and helpful).”

“Customer service is slow and did not understand my issue. I must have emailed my issue and spoken to them a number of times without them resolving it but instead they kept threatening to cancel my cover. They also would not accept my renewal letter from the previous insurance company insisting it did not show my NCB years. The whole thing was very frustrating.”

“Poor customer service, none of the advisors I’ve spoken too seem to know or understand what they are doing. I had a discrepancy over my partners no claims bonus and it all ended up with a dispute over the phone before it was corrected. I just felt you were quick to take my money but when I actually needed help it was not there. I will not be renewing with yourselves after this year. Thank you”

“I Had a helpful agent who set up my insurance. I wasn't impressed that my premium increased, by £14 and excluded breakdown cover, because my job title changed from care worker to support worker! They're pretty much the same jobroles. Bizarre!”

“AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I urge you. I’ve had so many issue with this company but the one that takes the absolute cake is when my insurance raise mid policy from £58 to £159 for a 2006 car with no email or letter indicating this was going to happen. It’s only by chance I called and I was made aware of this. So sneaky and doggy. Now I’ve been waiting almost three weeks and still can’t get an explanation they're now passing the blame to Close brothers saying I need to contact them. Cheap is not always better. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”
