“I paid additional for key protection & RAC .......... received nothing. Tel & was told well we don't give you anything, we send out any info. So £50 you charged for that and I got nothing .................... how many do I need to contact you before you provide the service I paid for??”

Hi David, We are sorry to hear this. I would like to confirm if you have purchased Optional extras you will have the cover in place. We do not send out documents for these as we do not arrange the cover ourselves, Your Breakdown will be with RAC and the key cover is provided by Motorplus Limited trading as Coplus, and is underwritten by UK General Insurance Limited on behalf of Great Lakes Insurance SE. If you go onto our website on the following Link: http://www.igo4.com/full-policy-wording/ You will be able to find the Policy words for all the optional extras. If you do need to use an optional extra that you have bought, if you call the provider of that cover and give them your Policy details they will be able to confirm your cover with them and help you. “As a new policy I thought it was a little expensive. However it was acceptable. I have never claimed for any insurance but it seems that the price goes up due to mainly theft and speeding but that`s to day in a nutshell. Thanks P. cook”
