“I tried a few comparison sites and iGO4 were the best price they did lack one option but that was added on when I got to iGO4 site and the insurance was still the best priced. I can't as yet comment on the claims process and hope that I never have to.”

“I’ve tried contacting company now for 2 days on phone but no luck with being answered Sent several Facebook messages replied once asking why I wanted to cancel and then never replied. Very dissatisfied Even if they had a cancel page on website which they don’t. What happens if you have a accident and need assistance Don’t think you will get it.”

“I have been trying to contact iGO4 for over a week now, I have been waiting for someone to answer the phone for over 7 hours in total, I have tried sending numerous messages and emails, which haven't even been acknowledged.”

“I won’t have even given 1 star but it wouldn’t let you leave a review I have been trying to cancel my policy for a week now I need my no claims discount to give my new insurance company I have been on the phone for at least 3 hours every day for the last week this needs to be sorted now your company is an absolute waste of time.”

“Terrible costumer service, I received an email out of the blue saying they were cancelling my insurance policy. I have been trying for 4 days to get through to them but sit on hold for over an hour, tried the online chat on the website with no response, I have even tried twitter and still no response. Very frustrating and poor service.”
