“My insurance was cancelled with out my knowledge , apparently I didn't send my Documents in time . I was able to prove that I did and I was told that the company cant help me and that was it. I will never take out Insurance with IGo4 ever again.”

“The only thing that I'm not happy with. Is trying to contact them directly by phone. I have to keep ringing for days and they keep you on hold for up to half hour.”

“Overall not bad but the document uploading was a nightmare for me and I found they were poor on assisting and it was a stressful start. I believe this is an area that needs to be reviewed and improved.”
