“Turned out to be a complete waste of time and very expensive considering it was supposed to be the cheapest on a comparison site. Comparison sites should show costs both monthly and annually and lose the huge deposits required.”

“Igo4 were unbelievably terrible - please don't let people buy this policy!!! It was impossible to speak with a real live person as it was supposed to be an online policy... except I am an IT person and their website was just as terrible. Any admin done cost £35. Changing anything was a struggle. When I left after a few months they charged me £75!!!!! Much more than Admiral, who I am now with and who I can phone and talk to a human. Really, stay away.”

“Had no help whatsoever from my provider , the third party anyone , anyone ! I was almost killed , my car is a wreck ! I drove onto the motorway with third party insurance and thought I was safe but I was not , so sold a duff policy as far as I am concerned ! Hit debris on the motorway , and no one is responsible , no other vehicle hit the debris because I moved it to the side of the motorway , almost got charged for that as well , now they want to charge me for where the car was dropped on a busy main rd , can't believe a recovery truck would offload on a main rd , I strongly feel the. Highways asecondsgency are responsible for not clearing the debri or not locating the vehicle what dropped the blocks of concrete off thier wagon , they have access to cameras I don't , so no help what's so ever from anyone , oh did I mention , I am a decorated war veteran who served queen and country , but was left 40% disabled , I am now house bound for the past 6months now through no fault of my own , some one please help depressed veteran !”
