Put an honest review on here and igo4 reply with a message to email them. And guess what, that gets ignored. They are insuring a car that was scrapped a month ago and I can't cancel it. Pathetic

Worst car insurance broker out there, several hours on hold, the number sends you to close brothers which is really annoying, they have record of a phone call asking for my insurance to be cancelled and when they try and transfer you to igo4 the phone cuts off - several times, have tried to cancel my insurance several times over the phone and on the website and yet igo4 conveniently have no record of it, the “customer service” team are very rude when you finally get through my account was not in arrears I was just trying to cancel As I’ve sold my car. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR IF YOU ARE READING THIS, AVOID!!!

My car insurance policy was canceled a month in without any communication (except some emails in the spam folder), I only found out when a letter came through the door after the insurance had ended and was dated 10 days prior. The guy on the phone was incredibly unhelpful just telling me I'd have to pay the cancellation fee of £60.00 and repeating "we sent emails" and " we can't control the post". No apolgy, only pay-up or we can't help. The reason why they cancelled it? 'No image of my license', despite me already sending it to them in the original application.

**UNCONTACTABLE** BROKER NOT INSURER. ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. TAKE MONEY AND RUN. 2 payments of £99.70 when setting up a policy online. They said payments declined but took the money out of my bank! It said the policy wasnt completed and was unable to access the website. No emails or info at all other than payment declined. Tried on 6 occasions totalling over 7 hours on the phone.. NO ANSWER!!! No reply to emails either. 4 days later they email to say they have set up a policy "thank you for chosing IGO4" by this time I'd already paid for a policy with another insurer. Now a day later recieve an email saying they are terminating my policy! No mention of my money back or any reply at all. ***!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!*** Still no reply and I get asked to leave a review 🙃 no money back or apology just take almost £200 and have no way of getting in touch. Absolutely disgusting. BROKER NOT AN INSURER!!!! STAY CLEAR.

I’ve tried contacting company now for 2 days on phone but no luck with being answered Sent several Facebook messages replied once asking why I wanted to cancel and then never replied. Very dissatisfied Even if they had a cancel page on website which they don’t. What happens if you have a accident and need assistance Don’t think you will get it.

I have been trying to contact iGO4 for over a week now, I have been waiting for someone to answer the phone for over 7 hours in total, I have tried sending numerous messages and emails, which haven't even been acknowledged.

I won’t have even given 1 star but it wouldn’t let you leave a review I have been trying to cancel my policy for a week now I need my no claims discount to give my new insurance company I have been on the phone for at least 3 hours every day for the last week this needs to be sorted now your company is an absolute waste of time.

Terrible costumer service, I received an email out of the blue saying they were cancelling my insurance policy. I have been trying for 4 days to get through to them but sit on hold for over an hour, tried the online chat on the website with no response, I have even tried twitter and still no response. Very frustrating and poor service.

Please stay away from this company I tried to change my policy after making 4 phone calls all lasting over 25 minutes each someone answered who I could not understand I could here children in the background when I told her I could not understand her she put the phone down I also went to the live chat with no luck I needed my new car covered so I cancelled my direct debit and went with another company

They were good... but trying to get them to answer the phone so I can pay for a renew was seemingly impossible . On the phone for 30mins at a time waiting, and then it drops the call. Glad I'm not in the situation of trying to make a claim. Won't be renewing then... Well done igo4; excellent corporate own goal!

Please do not use IGO4, they've just ripped me off with my home insurance and left me absolutely livid!! I was ill In December with covid and they auto renewed my policy it's went from £17 up to £47??🤷 I called up and explained that I was ill at the time of renewal email and had missed it. I asked for a better deal as have 3 kids to feed and house to keep and I could not afford this extreme increase in payments. The would not offer me any help at all and I had to cancel My policy. Then tried to charge me £70 cancellation fee on top of my £70 I owed from 1.5 month cover. (Just after fast cash) Spoke to Daniel and then spoke to there Manager Jessica both showed absolutely no understanding of my situation and refused to offer me a new or better deal. Left now owing them all this money and No home insurance!! Absolute Con artists! Heartless rotten low life people!!....

Terrible communications from these. Trying to claim for some electrical difficulties that are making the car undrivable. Being a key worker I’ve had to take time off work because they still haven’t provided any details to when I’m getting my courtesy car

no payment was taken for over 3 months, then a large sum was taken from my bank account on a new policy which was made without consent even though the car in question was scrapped over 4 months ago.(can't insure a car if their isn't one)!! Spoke to 3 staff members and then had a call back from a manager and cancelled the policy that was made in my partners name even though their was no policy as far as we were aware and we did not consent too. we will not be paying the funds their trying to recover. the Staff are useless and the company is a shambles.

Please don’t use this rogue company they will mess your children’s lives up when they just passed there driving test if you use this insurance go elsewhere worse company I have ever use same as their parents Hastings direct two horrible company’s black box what a joke Matt Monro ? Look at your reviews shame on you horrible people.

Don't use. Paid my car insurance in full then after my years insurance was finished they charged money for no reason. Then passed my details on to a debt collection company.

With regards to cancellation, we do state in our terms and conditions that there are cancellation fees applicable whether customer's cancel or we cancel their policy. When it is due for renewal we issue a renewal invite 21 days prior to the renewal date and request customer's to contact us if they do not wish to continue their policy. If you have alternative insurance or sold your vehicle from your renewal date, please send a copy of your current certificate of insurance or confirmation of the sale of vehicle to contact@igo4.com. I am in my mid 40's and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. I just called the customer serivces number and in typical fashion for iGO4 it took 18mins before the call was answered, and a further 2 mins to cancel the account. If in any doubt at all about this componany I suggest you call the customer support number (NOT the new customer number) and listen to the automated message. This is not a free call number and the first 2 mins are taken up by a message about T&Cs. This is before you even get to the 'press 1 for...' options. I believe this is deliberate in order to deter callers - afterall, iGO4 is not an insurer but rather a middle-man taking its fee and passing the work on to its underwriters.
