“iGo4 unilaterally cancelled the policy after 20 days and charging 75 cancellation fees for it plus charges of insurance. I wouldn't have mind cancellation fee if there was an understandable reason for cancellation. DO not go for cheapest option on comparison sites, rather pay some extra for a reputed name insurer. I am out of £150+ and no insurance but have a lesson. Avoid if you can .”

“I've had a complaint unresolved from when a took the policy out after I was mis-quoted and I ended up paying more. When i was a week in to the policy an amendment to my claims was madewhen igo4 checked the database which made my policy cheaper however when an admin fee was added it ended up being me who owed them more money. This was eventually waived however I had to argue with a manager to get it amended. My experience up to now has been very poor, hopefully my complaint is resolved without me having to drag them to the ombudsmen.”

“Misleading quotes through comparison sites leading to unfair admin charges later. Failure to Follow up complaints adequately or timely. Will be cancelling as soon as my year is up”

“Started well asked for proof of no claims asked for renewal notice sent it not good enough asked for proof of no claims letter sent the email from previous inshurance not good enough sent screen shot with inshurers name reg dates no claims not good enough said I had to claims sent proof I’ve only had one from previous inshurance on headed email with details not good enough doesn’t matter wat you do now I have to call previous Inshurance to get a phone call to prove no claims total joke with no clue what there doing”

“Gave a decent price on compare the market so signed up then increased the direct debit after a week of signing up, had 3 years no claims but wouldnt accept 1 year because it was on a different piece of paper absolute joke! scammers dont go near them!”
