“Please stay away from this company I tried to change my policy after making 4 phone calls all lasting over 25 minutes each someone answered who I could not understand I could here children in the background when I told her I could not understand her she put the phone down I also went to the live chat with no luck I needed my new car covered so I cancelled my direct debit and went with another company”

“They were good... but trying to get them to answer the phone so I can pay for a renew was seemingly impossible . On the phone for 30mins at a time waiting, and then it drops the call. Glad I'm not in the situation of trying to make a claim. Won't be renewing then... Well done igo4; excellent corporate own goal!”

“My daughter is only 20 (so classed as a young driver), she has been driving for 3 years (first year with a black box, second year insurers said there was no need for her to have a black box fitted as her driving was fine), no claims, no accidents, no tickets/ fines etc yet other companies required her to still have a black box fitted and the excess was on average £500! IG04 seem to have recognized that if she’s been driving for 3 years with no issues then she must be a pretty safe and responsible driver. We got insurance for her (with IG04) with no black box and excess only £100. Ok, so the monthly premium is higher than others but she can afford it and this suited her. I would have given them an extra star for very good if the monthly premiums were lower but other than that so far so good.”
