“My daughter is only 20 (so classed as a young driver), she has been driving for 3 years (first year with a black box, second year insurers said there was no need for her to have a black box fitted as her driving was fine), no claims, no accidents, no tickets/ fines etc yet other companies required her to still have a black box fitted and the excess was on average £500! IG04 seem to have recognized that if she’s been driving for 3 years with no issues then she must be a pretty safe and responsible driver. We got insurance for her (with IG04) with no black box and excess only £100. Ok, so the monthly premium is higher than others but she can afford it and this suited her. I would have given them an extra star for very good if the monthly premiums were lower but other than that so far so good.”

“The lowest quote was very helpful and I have accepted it and paid my deposit however I have still not received my hard copy of the contract despite making 3 requests which is why I cannot give it 5 stars.”

“Please do not use IGO4, they've just ripped me off with my home insurance and left me absolutely livid!! I was ill In December with covid and they auto renewed my policy it's went from £17 up to £47??🤷 I called up and explained that I was ill at the time of renewal email and had missed it. I asked for a better deal as have 3 kids to feed and house to keep and I could not afford this extreme increase in payments. The would not offer me any help at all and I had to cancel My policy. Then tried to charge me £70 cancellation fee on top of my £70 I owed from 1.5 month cover. (Just after fast cash) Spoke to Daniel and then spoke to there Manager Jessica both showed absolutely no understanding of my situation and refused to offer me a new or better deal. Left now owing them all this money and No home insurance!! Absolute Con artists! Heartless rotten low life people!!....”
